If you have been following sylistic's twitter , you will know that i have been absolutely hungry for the newest pizza hut edition -

PIZZA HUT TWIST & DUNK

Apparently , i had been tweeting like crazy how i wanted to try the newest edition and some of my followers thought it is OREO ( which sounds like the same - TWIST & DUNK ) and some said pretty cool !

So, i went ahead and called for the home delivery !

But surprisingly, the food was hotter as compared to in the past. It does not have any RED DOT that will guarantee its hotness , as what they claimed pizza hut will compensate you if the food is not hot. I am quite satisfied with the hotness and but the twist n dunk was simply delicious horrible !!!!

The herbs was okay, a little dry but that's what herbs should taste like. But the pizza was like ... so SMALL and there wasn't much cheese in it. The ingredients are like so little and it wasn't that magical as what it claims. I tell you, the images are just PHOTOSHOP. They aren't that tasty as what we consumers thought.

So, i decided to call the pizza hut feedback hotline to complain feedback about the poor quality , rather quantity . Okay, i am not asking for plenty of widespread ingredients but at least, a pizza that looks nice. But it just spoils my appetite.

And i called them up and i was indeed faced with a polite rude staff who scold vulgarities from what my ears heard. I was rather startled , or perhaps they are facing too many customer feedbacks that cause one of the staff to be so impatient.

I was redirected to another staff , who i believed , has a higher status as compared to the first. He was extremely polite, listen to what I said and said that he will call me back tomorrow.

Surprisingly, I waited for the whole morning, and no call was made from pizza hut. I decided to ring them up again and this time, their supervisor picked up the call . And it was confirmed that my pizza will be here to replace for the first TWIST N DUNK that i complained about.

I am glad to hear that and it came in 30 mins. I must say that I am VERY satisfied with the cheese , nanchos and most importantly, the TWIST N DUNK was much much nicer and tastier as compared to the first !
