Lost an iPhone ?
Free Business Class Flights for YOU !

Too ridiculously true to be believed ?
Well, if you’ve read the news, apple’s employee , Gary Powell was drunk at a nearby pub ( Gourmet Haus Staudt ) and this lead him to misplace his iPhone. Amazingly , he forgot all about his iPhone and ended up with Gizmodo , a gadgets and technology blog .

Is this Apple’s marketing strategy to ‘misplace’ the item and make a BIG surprise for the world about its new yet-to-be-launched 4th Generation iPhone ?
No one knows . But what we know is that a leaked product will not be great for the world, because everyone knows about it before Apple OFFICIALLY launches it , but well, free advertising for apple, like what we’re doing it now !
Let’s get to the POINT. So, what does it has to do with
BUSINESS FLIGHT
Well, another PR marketing strategy : Lufthansa has decided to send Gary Powell on a business flight back to Munich to get back his iPhone 4G (suspected ) , with Apple hunting on Gizmodo after knowing that the product was with them.
No mention of whether its 4G iPhone or what – it’s Gizmodo assumption about it , though its much different than normal 3G iPhone . View the letter
So,the story revolves around the lost apple product and just one incident will land you with free business flight to retrieve your item . How great will it be if it HAPPENS to YOU ? I’m sure you will be praying hard that you don’t get sacked by your company for losing its products.

Does this have to do with MARKETING SKILLS under the eyes of the MEDIA when this incident is such a BIG BOOMZ ?
A New Strategic advertising or the real interest to retrieve the lost item ? I believe the otherwise – Marketing and advertising , thanks to such a BIG carelessness .
What do you think ? Will you go for the free flight – if you’re the one in the hot soup right now or rather, will you still be the employee of the company till this moment ?
